Overview
The Arko HRD Center is located along a quiet forest trail, somewhat removed from the bustle of the city. Upon enterin its gates, visitors will immediately feel the Center’s unique artistic atmosphere. From the Mondrian-style abstract artwork decorating the building’s outer wall to the colorful stairway railing, there is no part of the Center that can be called "ordinary". An educational institution founded in May 1992 for the purpose of cultivating professionals in the creative arts, the Arko HRD Center conducts a variety of educational programs. The Center's practice and training stages and stage decoration studios are all geared toward cultivating arts personnel, and its interior exudes a truly unique atmosphere. The facilities may be rented for culture and arts events on days that the Center is not running any programs of its own. Although its various facilities are not particularly large, it nevertheless has a distinct artistic aura that permeates every corner.
