The 2025 Goyang MICE Linked Workshop was held on July 25 (Fri), 10:00–17:00 at Nadeullaon, Goyang. Local cluster facility representatives and MICE incubator company members gathered for a full day of discussions on potential collaborations. Many noted it was their first real chance to connect despite working nearby, and that they gained valuable insights into possible partnerships.
Organized by the Goyang Convention & Visitors Bureau, the workshop aimed to foster practical collaborations between incubator companies and facilities in GCC GOYANG(Global Convention Complex), building a sustainable regional MICE ecosystem.
The day’s program included △“10-Minute Pitching” to showcase services and opportunities △an ice-breaking session △and group discussions to shape collaboration ideas—ensuring non-stop networking.
Examples included:
A media company proposing collaboration by filming global entertainment shows in Goyang.
An event agency suggesting eco-friendly pop-up booths at Hyundai Department Store.
A marketing company proposing a “Goyang MICE Package” combining facilities, equipment, lodging, dining, and experiences—designed to attract off-season customers.
Bella Oh, Manager of Goyang Convention & Visitors Bureau, expressed hopes the workshop would spark lasting collaborations:
